ACS Securities Services was founded with the goal of delivering high performance software and services for the securities industry.

Most of the company's clients are national real estate companies that have used REITS, limited partnerships or joint ventures to raise capital to build or to acquire a large number of multi-family or commercial real estate properties.

The primary application that ACS Securities offers is a "customized" off-the-shelf software application.  The Investor Relations System (IR20/20) is used to manage the investor base of a REIT, limited partnership, limited liability company, or similar security.  IR20/20 provides all the features needed from Blue Sky registration, commission payments, distributions, and K1 tax processing.  Currently, there are over 1 million investors serviced using IR20/20.  Some of the largest sponsors in the country are IR20/20 users.

The application also includes contact manager and watch list features to help guide users to problem spots in the portfolio.

ACS Securities Service applications are designed to operate on various windows platforms and integrate with Microsoft Office products.
