Keeping
Compliance with the record keeping
requirements of the IRS, SEC and various other government entities requires

- Record account holder addresses including registration,
mailing and duplicate notice addresses.
- Identify taxpayer or social security numbers associated
with each investor

Transfer Agency
After the initial issuance of the
security, investors need a competent, qualified transfer agent to ensure the
securities can be traded or transferred according to SEC and stock exchange
requirements. AFA provides the following types of transfer agency services:
- Provide information and documents needed to effect
the trade or transfer.
- Review requests to ensure compliance with signature
guarantees and valid authorization guidelines.
- Execute trades or transfers within the SEC and stock

Dividend/Distribution
Paying Agent
AFA can quickly and efficiently
issue distribution or dividend payments to investors. Distributions can
be via checks, electronic funds transfers or dividend reinvestments.
In additions, bank
reconciliations are performed monthly based upon download of information from
the clearing bank.
Tax Return Preparation
AFA can prepare the following types
of tax forms:
- Partnership K1
- 1099s
- 8308
- State reports
These forms can be reissued to investors upon request via mail, fax or the
Internet.
