Q2: We are winding down our partnerships in the next few years, why should we change systems now?

The partnership industry in general is winding down, however, the reporting requirements for partnerships are becoming more complex. For instance, there are recent changes in the K1 reporting requirements by the California Franchise Tax Board and electronic filing requirements by the IRS

IR20/20 was developed using a Windows platform. Using a current Windows OS as the operating system is recommended. The software can be run in a network environment or as a standalone product.

For best performance, the workstation should be a Pentium 4 PC with at least 128 MB of memory.
